Features of 8 Inch Gate Valves
- The handwheel of the ZECO 8 inch gate valve is exposed for a long time, which may cause rust damage and need to be replaced. Considering this problem, ZECO designed the handwheel to be removable when the valve is fully open and ensured that the gate is in the open position. In addition, ZECO can also adopt a painted handwheel to ensure anti-corrosion of the handwheel;
- ASTM A194 2H and ASTM A193B7 nuts and stud bolts for normal service conditions.ZECO provides ASTM A194 4 and ASTM A193B16 nuts and stud bolts or higher configurations if specified for use at high temperatures. ZECO stainless steel valves are furnished with standard bolts from ASTM A194 8 and ASTM A193 B8 nuts and studs;
- The valve stem of ZECO 8 inch gate valve is designed to prevent blowout of the valve stem, which is designed to prevent people from injury caused by flying out of the valve stem due to internal pressure problems when people need to replace packing or other parts with pressure in an emergency;
